Signing agreements
All original devised work, sketches, stylistic and unused ideas shown and considered will stay within the property of Glenn Catlow (GCDesign).

I am free to use these unused and previous ideas for future considered type of client work. Where a previously unused idea/design possesses a similar look and style to the finished creation. I shall repurpose and design so that the end design is considerably different as to not cause conflict to a previous project worked in the past. This work can also be shown within my portfolio and may not be copied no any work within the portfolio can be duplicated by any other outsource or competitor.
An agreement will be created for the duration of the design process, this means the designs cannot be sold or used towards others prefaces unless stated otherwise.

All type faces used have either been purchased personally by me or have been purchased otherwise and can be used by my use alone and cannot be taken into other areas of design unless done so by contract. (unless stated otherwise) if not then legal ramification can be used.
This agreement means designs cannot be reproduced unless stated otherwise, nor able to take likewise of the work for own financial growth.

Once terms are met then can you use only the permitted design I have given you and not previous.
